About Mareike
Mareike Steingröver is an expert in Bain's Financial Services practice.
She has nearly 20 years of management consulting experience and delivers strategies that work for leading companies.
Within the financial services industry, Mareike primarily advises health, life and P&C insurance companies. In addition, she has worked with clients in the healthcare sector. She holds deep expertise in strategy topics and transformation programs, and has extensive experience in customer focus transformation, organizational transformation as well as performance improvement programs.
In addition, Mareike leads our diversity, equality and inclusion efforts in Germany and was previously responsible for our Women@Bain program in the DACH region.
Mareike studied business administration at the University of Passau and received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, USA.
